- Carried a financial platform from Angular 12 to 16 and cleared the bottlenecks that made it slow to use: 47% less main-thread work and 44% less long-task time on its heaviest screen, measured before and after.
- Built the NestJS services behind it: multi-database TypeORM access and an audit trail on AWS RDS.
- Built the design-system team a mockup builder: screens use the product’s real components, so a mockup behaves like the product.
- Paid down technical debt with cross-functional teams, trading workarounds for fixes that held.

Letting my AI agent record its own demosI wanted my AI agent to hand me a video of the feature it just built, without me opening OBS.
